Next Season

As we get closer to the end of the season, many of you will have questions about where your children go from here.

There are many options for players born in 2016, 2015 or 2014.  If your child is a 2016 and this was their 1st season of skating, and you feel they need a 2nd year with us, please contact me, and we will evaluate them.  Hamilton has six house leagues to participate in and the Hamilton Huskies for Rep Hockey.  The old city boundaries are in Alliance hockey.

Those who live in Stoney Creek, Glancaster, Mount Hope, Ancaster and Dundas are in OMHA hockey.  You may play in one of the Hamilton house leagues above.

For players born in 2017, 2018 and 2019, you will return to the HMHIP.  For 2017 players who have excelled and you feel they may be ready to move up, please get in touch with me, and we will evaluate them.  We will not move a child just for convenience.

Our goal for next season is to get back to three levels of skills. Top-level will be at Chedoke, the Middle level at the Quad, and the remaining hours will be for the new players with returning players that need a boost. This will allow the Velenosi team to work with players of the same skill set.

Our preparations for the next season start before the current season ends.  We will continue to improve the program for the benefit of the players.  Online registration opens April 1st.  The City has informed us that the ice rate will increase next season.

Super Saturday is March 25th.  All games will be played at the Quad pad.

We want to thank our 5 New sponsors and our returning ones.
